Problems with OhMiBod products?

I pulled out my NaughtiBod the other day to show my boy how awesome it was. I'd only had it for a couple of weeks, the batteries are not left in it, I don't use rechargeable ones, it stays in its storage pouch, and it's never been near water. I popped in the batteries, and when I screwed it closed it automatically turned on high speed. The buttons did nothing and the music function didn't work. I was super sad!

I decided to send a message to the company though their contact link on their website. I let them know what the deal was and asked if this was a common problem and what I could do about it.

No more than 15 minutes later, I got an e-mail from one of the customer service people. She said to confirm my color and address and they'd send me a replacement! I hadn't even really asked for one, but they offered. I was super impressed by this! Not only do I get a replacement, but they got back to me super, super fast.

Moral of this story is that if you have any problems with your OhMiBod product, let them know. Most (if not all) of their products are covered by a warranty.

Awesome, awesome! I'm glad to see that OhMiBod has amazing customer service, and as the Naughtibod is one of our favorites, I like to know that it has an "out" if the little toy has some problems.

Thats awesome. Did you send them back the old one for recycling or for them to do diagnostics on it?

Nope. They didn't say anything about it.

They ended up shipping me my replacement the next day after I contacted them. I'm incredibly impressed!

I contacted them on Tuesday and got my replacement on a Friday!

They're so awesome!

Customer service win!

It makes me want to buy from them a lot more.
