It looks like the difference is the packaging and some of the extras that come with it.

From what I have read in the reviews, the RealTouches themselves are EXACTLY the same. The difference lies with what porn clips you receive. Each RealTouch comes with 10 different 10-minute clips, either straight or gay depending on which version you get. If you go on the site for the RealTouch, though, you can access the other 10 clips (as well as the ones you received) for free. It's a matter of convenience, mostly. There are other clips, as well, but you have to pay for those.
