Hi,

Any chance that you could narrow the flanges on the Severin Medium? During long sessions, the flanges that face backwards can really chafe. More details in this review: link

I have modified mine so that they don't chafe any longer.

You know, I don't know how much pull I have in terms of design changes, but I will certainly pass the suggestion along. Thanks for the feedback!
