I am so depressed I was so looking forward to trying this toy. It is suppose to have 3 speeds. At first it turned on but would not change speeds and then it shut off and now it wont turn on again, it appears that it is not making contact inside.
I did, not even get to try this toy. I submitted a ticket as I do not know the return policy.

I had to return a toy a month or so ago because it had a similar problem, and it got replaced no problem. You go to the order page (you can access order history in your account menu or something) and there's a return button there I think? on the left side? Return policy is listed in the bottom bar of links on any page, too, with instructions.

I also have a defective item that I am returning...I just want to make sure I am doing this right!

I have just printed out a return form from Eden AND a shipping slip; All I have to do is place my toy back in it's packaging, and ship it off in a small box, right?
