"Sorry, your transaction cannot be confirmed at this time."

Anyone else ever get this message?

The page reads:
"Your order has most likely been accepted and we will contact you by email to confirm your order status within 12 hours."

Hopefully there isnt a problem with my order, I really want to get it for christmas day. I checked my online banking, didn't see any transactions for today. If it doesn't show up in 12 hours should I resubmit the order or put in a ticket?

I wonder if perhaps because it's so late at night, the bank was performing maintenance on some part of their system ? Or EF was ?

Hi Ilya---same story here, I tried to place my order a few times last night, and each time got that message. I woke up this morning and placed it and it successfully went through.


My question is---do I need to reply to those emails, or do anything, to "cancel" the 3 or 4 "not-quite-orders" that I submitted? Or is there anything else I need to do?

I had this happen to me as well last night, I re-submitted it this morning and it went through. I think the 'extra' orders cancel themselves out as they are exact copies of the original order.

Affected orders were never technically submitted, so you don't need to "cancel" them if you don't want them anymore.

a ticket... an ef associate contacted me when it said a decision will be made in 12 hrs.... etc. through a ticket they made. it was because my billing address was not the same as my cards
