Haha! They do for ME! My first purchase through EF was actually solely because I wanted to try the free gifts. It was a great way to experience the website and get accustomed to the way it worked and how shipping went, etc. It also gave me the opportunity to review things! This is the main reason I go for them now; one more thing to review (even if it's terrible.)

I don't care what the gift is if it is free, If I am making a $120 order, you bet I am splitting it up into 2 orders, free shipping for both and 2 free gifts. If I am making a $70 order, I will only have 1 order, since there is no point in paying shipping if I can avoid it.

If you're talking about the free gifts with any order, then I would have to say that No they don't encourage me to make multiple purchases. They have the same thing over and over again and I make so many orders that I keep getting the same stuff because theres nothing that I really want/need in that section lol.
