I sent my non-working item back to Eden and it says it has arrived (or the tracking does), how long will it take for me to get the replacement?

If the tracking says it has arrived at the destination, you could always contact customer service (by phone, support ticket, or live chat) to find out.

If it was an assignment, please let me know before you start the returns process. If anything, it never hurts to "touch base" with Customer Service if it's an order.
