can't answer rep

Hi,

I am trying to answer a rep a question concerning a ticket. Every time I try to send my message it take me back to the home page of the site and the message is not sent. Please help.

Hey there! Try clearing out your cache and cookies. That typically clears up the "home page reroute" that occasionally pops up for people. Also, feel free to give us a call. Thank Jaimes,

Actually it is a unique situation that has to be continued with the same rep.

But I got it to work, it was not a question of clearing my history...more like I capped the max characters allowed in an answer. I got my message out now.

Great! Glad to hear it.

Also, as general knowledge for everyone, keep in mind that if you have a rep-specific problem for customer service, we do have only two people, so it's pretty easy to narrow it down to the right person if you give us a call. If it's social media or our billing manager, different story, but we keep customer service small and personal so you know who you're dealing with!
