Customer service

I just spent a little time speaking with Jaimes, via the Customer Service online chat. I wanted to thank her again for her exceptional service. I also wanted to provide some feedback so that everyone else would know that she is doing a terrific job. Good customer service is a rare thing these days, so I wanted to make sure she was recognised for going out of the way to help me with my order.

I had an issue that Rachel helped me handle. She was so awesome with answering all of my questions and working things out for me. I really have such a high opinion of the customer service on this site. Every time I've needed some help with anything, I always get a quick, helpful response.
