I changed my mind on an item, and want to cancel that item, and put something else instead; I see an option to cancel that item, but not to add to the order

Send a support ticket in to customer service. They should be able to assist you.

I am not sure that you can change an order when its pending. I believe you would just have to return it after its received. Have you tried canceling the whole order and starting over? That would be another option.

I think you have to cancel the whole order and start again.
