I think I may have a small problem doing a buy out review for the LELO Ella. I got the code, which I have in my inbox for the discount and then had to leave my computer for a while. I later came back to complete my order and enter the code and it says it is not active.

I'm really excited about doing this review so I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong to fix the problem.

Did you copy and paste the code without any spaces while the product was in your cart?

If that doesn't work, you can generate a new code for the product. I've messed up my buyout assignments several times and had to regenerate codes. Clogs your assignments page a bit, but gets the work done.
