I created a ticket on the weekend (and no I did not expect a reply on Sunday) about an out of stock item that I ordered, and have yet to hear back. I created a ticket requesting a different color (that is in stock). I want the product and the color doesn't matter as much to me. I had really hoped that my ticket would have been seen before the order got boxed and shipped.
How long, generally, does it take to hear back on a ticket? Can this type of substitution be made relatively quickly? This is the item I was MOST excited about!
