Service Ticket

I created a ticket on the weekend (and no I did not expect a reply on Sunday) about an out of stock item that I ordered, and have yet to hear back. I created a ticket requesting a different color (that is in stock). I want the product and the color doesn't matter as much to me. I had really hoped that my ticket would have been seen before the order got boxed and shipped.

How long, generally, does it take to hear back on a ticket? Can this type of substitution be made relatively quickly? This is the item I was MOST excited about!

Why not give them a call? My tickets have always been answered extremely rapidly, but for this I'd definitely try giving them a ring

I submitted a ticket on the 6th for a review item I ordered on the 1st that hasn't shipped yet, and haven't heard back yet either. Maybe things are extra busy?

Just a note, I have had them take up to 5 days to respond. Especially when it is a busy shopping period for people like a holiday

I submitted one that was responded to immediately today. I think it just depends on the nature of whatever it is that you're trying to do with it. Giving them a call never hurts if you think it took too long.

I placed an order last night and today got the email that four of my items are back ordered. I'd have just changed the colors on the ones I could and maybe swapped out the other one but they don't answer the phones on the weekends and they are mailing it today. Sighs lesson learned - only order during the week lol I hope they come in stock soon.

I have had a ticket that was not dealt with for two weeks, I submitted another ticket and a different person got it and fixed it within 24 hours.
