Do you just submit a "general inquiry" ticket? I hate to bother them over such a trivial question, but if they don't plan to restock a couple of items, I'd like to know so I don't have my hopes up for months. EF really goes above&beyond by being willing to talk about stock with us.
Anyway, is 'general inquiry' the right type of ticket?
