In Atlanta, Georgia, the home of EdenFantasys, there is the famous Netherworld Haunted House. It is open every night from October 5th -November 3rd and is reported to be filled with "terrifying live actors, amazing special effects, and incredible monsters". For 16 years this haunted house has been scaring the pants off of people and has become one of the top rated haunted houses in America. Many of the monsters actually roam the grounds and so the fun begins even before you are allowed to enter the building.

I actually worked there for a couple of years. It was an amazing amount of fun!!!

Too bad my kids are out of the house. I used to dress them up and they would score big too. I'm hoping to take me God children out if it's not too cold.

Here in Maine we have a haunted hayride that is a popular destination for visitors. They have a deal that you can pay double and if you dont scream or make a noise, you get all the money they brought in on your hayride. which is a minimum of 250$. Not many people win.

It's a lot of fun, if you can remind yourself that it's not real. There was one house (the house downstairs) that I refused to work in or walk through (Netherworld usually has three houses each year).

It's for real, for real haunted.

I think the only thing that would really scare me is if a 6 foot plus dildo started chasing me!

I am way too terrified of haunted houses. I can't even watch most scary movies without freaking out constantly.

Flying gags are fun. My favorite are the lexan scares though. Where someone runs at the lexan full force and slams into it. At Netherworld they managed to make it look like a mirror. Got me everytime and I KNEW she was standing there.

Thats the part that bugs me the most.. WHen I KNOW something is going to happen, and then it does and for some reason I am surprised! I would be fine if I didnt feel like they were going to touch me!

It's pretty fantastic! I think all of the Haunted Houses do a great job with that kind of thing. One year, I got to be "Ivy" just crawling on the floor and grabbing people's ankles.

Thank god it had a hockey mask in the costume, I was kicked in the face countless times and directly punched twice.

Most Haunts have a standing rule - don't touch the monsters, don't touch the patrons. It usually works out well. Those rules don't apply for friends though.
