I'm having trouble with the Facebook Specials this week - I've purchased several items in the past, but for some reason, the promotional box does not come up when I click through to the item.

In addition, there isn't currently a banner for the Facebook specials on the Promotions page - perhaps this has something to do with it?

I have tried in both Chrome and Firefox, but with no success. Is anyone else having any luck?

I've always had problems with Safari, but Firefox hasn't ever given me issues.

Are your programs up to date?

I just ran a check, and yes, everything is up to date. I actually just had last week's specials pulled up yesterday morning and they were working fine, so this problem hasn't been going on for very long, thankfully.

Good call on checking that, though, because it sounds like something that I would forget to do. Thank you.

Edit: Now that they're showing up on the promotions page, everything is working dandy! Whatever the problem is, it's now solved. =)

Glad you got it solved. I had wrote on your wall on some things to try. I had no issue today when I did mines.

I use Chrome and I didn't have any issues with any of them that I got yesterday in an order. Good that you got it worked out!
