Cancelled a 30% discount assignment order, can't reship?

Just wondering what I should do about this. I sent an email on Friday but I haven't heard anything back and I'm nervous about what might happen if I don't get this resolved; should I just wait for an email back or should I also submit a ticket?

What are you trying to do, exactly? You placed an order on buyout, canceled it, and... tried to place the order again?

Yeah. I'd ordered it with another review product, except that one got cancelled and I was told I'd need to cancel the order.

I didn't need to cancel the buyout item itself, nor could I, since I'd already gotten it ordered... so now I've got a 30% review item sitting in limbo.

Forgive my derp for not explaining it better in the first post, whoops.

I'll get with you and resolve this today. Mondays are really busy around here. There are a couple things that came up with this. I'll get with you today on this.
