Does obtaining things from EF feel like a "monotone routine" sometimes? :D

Haven't gotten to that point yet.

Only if I'm getting something I've wanted for ages and the excitement has started to wear off.

Only when I have to find filler items to get my shipping up.

Sort of? I've taken a break from EF for a couple months because I was starting to burn out (and had some stress and health issues to deal with) and now I'm back and the excitement is also back, mostly.

I still get excited when I place an order, even more when I get the "Administrator has sent you an assignment" email. I just love the anticipation about seeing what they sent.

Ohhhh I was plently excited about the Admin Assignment parcel as I was curious to see what was new and with no reviews posted on it yet I got to be one of the original voices on it??? THAT is what was exciting!!!

I get excited when I realise I have enough points to get what I have been dreaming of for a while, then I place the order I loose that excitement as it will take two to three weeks for the order to come in. But I do get excited when the order is in China. Then it goes away for a while again, till I open it up and admire my new things.

But yes, the utter rush of getting sex toys for "free" (points, gift cards etc I still consider "free") has quieted down a bit. I almost feel bad saying this too!

I know exactly what you mean. I got a gift card for doing a video review, and it took me FOREVER to find something that I wanted. Sometimes I come home looking for a package when I haven't even ordered anything. Haha.
