What do you like and dislike most about EdenFantasys store?

I'm sure many would agree with me on this one but, as far as products go, I would highly recommend a better selection of pure silicone rabbit vibes. I know TPR is just as good if you don't plan on sharing your toys but, I really enjoy the texture of pure silicone. I would also like to see a few personal groomers available on here. They are pretty hard to find in my area so, I would have no problem picking one up one here! I may be the only one in need of one of those though... As far as features go, an empty cart button might come in handy. I shop from my wishlist so, if I accidentally emptied my cart, I wouldn't have to track everything down again to re-add them because it's all right there. I have been known to get me cart quite messed up though....=P These are just my opinions though.... Reply

What do I dislike about the store? Ummm...let me think awhile. The forums could use restructuring, but I don't dislike the way it is now, just that it could be improved upon (I've made a few suggestions about this in the past).

I really like the speed with which orders are filled and shipped. Also the fact that toys show up as out of stock as soon as someone places their order containing the last one in stock. I really hate having things on backorder, and because of the fast update times, I have only ever had one item that went into backorder status (the damn smart balls that have been sold out for ever on every single site I've checked). I really think the speed of service is terrific in all areas of the store that I've dealt with. Johnny Romance does an awesome job getting those toys shipped out ASAP as far as I'm concerned! (Thank you Johnny Romance!) Also I really love the wish list, and the huge variety of products available on the site! I've tried shopping for lube on another site (I will be kind and not mention the name of the store) but they only had about 10 lubes! And this was supposed to be one of the better stores! The filtering options on Eden make it super easy to find what I'm looking for. I haven't found another site (sex toys or other) that has such a good filtering system. But the number one thing that I love about this site is the reviews. The reviews aren't one little paragraph about the awesomeness of the toy, they tell you the features, how the toy works, how to care for the toy, the Vrooms and the Bees, and if all that isn't good enough, you can ask a question! The review program and the community on here is the reason I do 99% of my toy shopping at EdenFantasys.

I did think of something I dislike! The price of condoms are too high. I can buy them $5 cheaper at the local grocery or drug store for the boxes of Trojans, Lifestyle, or Durex. I do realize however that other webstores also charge more for condoms. I just think they should be comparable to what I would pay if I drove a mile to a non-sex toy store.

Sorry, I forgot to mention my favorite part of Eden! I second Bulma on this one! The reviews are my basis for making a purchase except for the occasional "chance" on an unreviewed item. I'd rather spend a little more on a toy that I know has been thoroughly reviewed and passed the test rather than a cheaper option that I'm not sure about. Thank you to all of the great contributors on here!

I do have one dislike sadly. My messages are NEVER returned. This is a bummer, especially when some are legitimate questions that I've looked for answers for and just can't seem to find. This site was one of my accidental finds and I absolutely love it! The reviews are my favorite part. Reply

I also really, really like the filtering. And of course, the reviews, which are the main reason I buy toys. I also appreciate the quick shipping.

Things I don't like... I believe you have to put your credit/debit card number in every time and I wish it would just remember. Prices can be a bit high, compared to the prices I've seen in sex shops. I miss the days of free shipping on all orders, too.

My main issue, though, is selection. I know EF has a huge selection, BUT I still find holes in the selection that make me sad. I actually just got back from a sex shop and I found a blue version of a toy that is only available in pink (ugh) on EF (the Cyber Flicker). I also saw the "raspberry" Turbo Glider (not available on EF), a different shaped version of the very popular blueberry Turbo Glider. I was very dismayed to see several flavors of System JO H20 lube that are not available here (actually, all the flavors on EF are red flavors -- cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and watermelon, while I saw at the sex shop lemon, tropical something-or-rather, and tangerine). And finally, I saw a $30-or-so glass dildo called the Icicles textured teaser -- I assume a close friend to the Icicles tapered teaser (sold on EF) -- that really should be sold here, as it is cheap, glass, AND textured. So yeah, it is interesting to me that certain things are sold on EF but other versions of the same toy/lube aren't. That was a long paragraph...

I didn't post in here right away because I wasn't sure about what I disliked about EdenFantasys, but I'll give it a shot now.
I really like the review program you have going here. It is the thing that brought me in originally and it is the thing that really keeps me coming back. I also love how easy it is to find things and filter selections, I haven't found any one else as good as EdenFantasys about that.
The thing that sometimes causes me to purchase elsewhere is price. If I can find the same product some where else for quite a bit less, then I admit, I will probably purchase there. It seems like I can almost always find better prices here than I do in local stores though, so the competition is really on the internet. Everyone else has really provided some great thoughts on this subject, though. Reply

I love the shipping policies (as an Alaskan, I get screwed on shipping *constantly* and *violently*), and I love the openness of the review process and the forum.

I dislike the lack of time stamps. It makes it extremely easy for time stamps to get lost, and it makes it hard to figure out which review is the newest, in the case of product revisioning it becomes fairly important. Reply

I like the review program very much. I enjoy the extra features such as the forum, blog, and educational materials.
I just wish that the site didn't scream "cheapo" the way that it does, to me. Also, I think that some of the very inexpensive toys are poorly made and don't last. They cheapen Eden's image. Reply

Oh, and revamp the categories on the left. I would prefer that you leave out the first section entirely (Women's toys, men's toys...what, exactly, is a gay toy, anyway?). Reply

I've gone over the site with an eye toward my previous comments about cheapness and I have to retract that objection. I think that my impression was formed by some of the very inexpensive toys that I've seen available through Eden. No hard feelings, I hope. Reply
