Getting a response?

I've tried both emailing and sending a message through the system and haven't been able to get a response from either. Granted it's only been a couple of business days, but how long is turn around usually? I'm asking here to see if anyone else runs into this.

I have usually had responses within a couple days but if it's over the weekend, it's longer, You could try the site message system.

A response to *what* exactly? There is one person that answers the email at Partners.. But I've found that a number of people at Eden seem to track the forum. It's a great way to get a response quickly- especially on technical issues. I think someone is there 24/7! (Hugs to them...)

That's the program manager. Once you're in the system it's usually only a few days at most. Remember he's human and not always around.

Sorry to everyone who has been waiting for responses. I just started this week but I assure you, I am plowing through the many neglected emails / messages / projects that I've inherited.
