I admit to sometimes being confused if an item really is discontinued, out of stock or new. It would be nice if there were some way of rewording that to let us know. Not complaining, though!!!

I am never sure if something is new, really old and gone or just out of stock for awhile. I was hoping there could be some easy fix to change this, but knowing my ideas, probably not. Suggestions?

I can pass along that a wording change would be awesome, but there are a few ways to judge if it's really gone or not. If it's been here for a while then shows discontinued, it's probably gone. If it's a relatively new addition and shows discontinued, it's probably not. Either way, you can always submit a support ticket and customer service would be happy to give you a more specific answer on items you may be wondering about.

I do not know if this is the same thing, but ordering something that does not say it is out of stock, and then having it backordered for 4 weeks because it IS out of stock. Is not very convenient!

I really appreciate that, however I truly hate to bother you with that as well as all the other questions and such I already throw at you!!
