I recently wrote a review that received less-than-stellar ratings (
link ), and I'm really curious as to what made it "not useful at all." That's not to sound snotty; I really do want to know what is making all of my reviews bite the big one, so that I can write better reviews next time.
Ideas? Suggestions?
Don't worry about it at all, your reviews have been good. My reviews always get at least one very poor rating, no matter how much detail or how well written they are. In my case though, I know someone has a target on my back because it happens almost immediately after my reviews are published and it happens on over 90% of my reviews.
Your link works fine for me, and I'd missed this review before so it was nice to go back and read it :) There are always going to be people who rate unfairly or who don't even understand that the rating is supposed to reflect the usefulness of the review. I've noticed the weird ratings on quite a few really good reviews, so know that it has nothing to do with your writing.
I also wanted to give my sympathy, and if orgasms help you cope, then go for it :)
