I started out with doggy, I think that is easiest for me. However, another option, if you're (they) are flexible enough, is to do missionary. It can be done.

My wife and i recently tried anal for the first time. We were going to try missionary(since ive read alot about it being easier for the women) but it wouldnt line up right. So we just did it with her bent over the bed. Just make sure you take it slow at first and use lots of lube and i think any position you both feel comfortable in will work fine.
