Yes - I use the Pure Wand anally and it's great for p-spot stimulation. I like to start with the small end - so I need a towel close by to make the switch to the large end - but it's worth it!

I have only tried the small end, it works well.

If you like consistant pressure or slow thrusting and possibly temperature play it's very nice. If you want something you can really thrust away with it's not so good.
