I'm eager to try anilingus on my wife but im a little worried about possibly getting sick from doing. Has anyone ever gotten sick from doing it. Also how clean does everyone try to get the area before the licking will commence?

I haven't known anyone who's gotten sick either. I always try to have a shower at least an hour or two beforehand. As long as you wipe thoroughly after a bowel movement and clean yourself in the shower, I can't see any serious issues coming of it.

No, I have never gotten sick afterwards. Just as long as partner is clean (not an expert, but a shower/bath would help before-hand).
