Well I think that's amazing that you care about your partner's pleasure as well. I've only known one other person (male) that cared about the female's pleasure at all and it's my partner.
Anyways, for me it really depends. On days like today where I've been sick with stomach problems and endometriosis flare ups, I prefer it to be the regular missionary position because it causes less pain. On other days when I'm feeling extra turned on, I like doggy style because you feel everything much better that way & can go deeper. I also like sitting on him with my back to him while he holds my booty that way. I REALLY like it that way. It's also good facing each other.
