Does your guy watch much porn because it happens a lot, it can be quite unpleasant to see in my view.
Vary your rhythm and or pressure and note his reactions, and of course talk to him about it if you have a problem with it.
I don't think men and women are so different that what pleasures you in terms of rhythm and pressure won't roughly do the same for him.

I'm surprised to see that so many people dislike this. I agree that it isn't something that should take place in all sessions but I think there is a place for it. Out of my very small selection of partners, I have found it hard to convince them to even try a little bit of forceful head holding.
I agree though with above comments about communication though. A simple talk would probably solve this (if it doesn't and the guy has no care for your preferences, something is really wrong anyway). I think forceful head holding could be very easy to do without even realizing it.

Depending on the mood we are feeling (particularly D/s mood), it is perfectly acceptable. Sometimes he pulls my hair for me to go faster or deeper. Never extremely forceful, more playful. When he is going down on me, sometimes I hold his head tighter to me when I need just a bit more pressure. I understand that maybe sometimes he might need that as well.

YES and it annoys the hell out of me, my husband does it. not my hair but if im not going "fast enough" i guess is when i notice he does it. it makes my neck hurt and obviously doesnt make me enjoy it any better unless we are 69ing.

I really didn't know so many people were bothered by this. Nearly everyone I've been with does it, or had it done to.
