Batteries..oh those troublesome batteries...

Contributor: Bignuf Bignuf
Anyone who has owned adult toys for any amount of time has run into the dreaded "oh no..the batteries leaked" "disaster". So...do you just "toss it", or have you ever tried to dig them out, clean the leads and get it working again? My worry...when this happened to MY favorite toy, was that any residual battery acid might be hanging around and that is NOT stuff I want anywhere on me...especially "down there"!!! Your take?

I have never had this happen, but I think I'd try to fix it if it did happen. My toys are generally expensive enough to want to save...

Dwtim actually did a whole workshop on do it yourself toy repair, and cleaning up after exploded batteries was in there too I believe. I'd read through the workshop and then message him if you have any other questions.

As for me, if a battery blew up inside my toy, I'm not too worried. I'm not really sticking the inside of the battery compartment inside my vagina, so unless something got on the outside I don't worry about it.
