For those in long term relationships, do you still "gift" your lover with little "I love you" things like Flowers, Candy, Love notes...etc? Do you pretty much do it when you are expecting a "romantic" day or just whenever?

I am in a long distance relationship so we probably do this more often than we would if we were living together. Even though we skype almost every day I still send cards and little gifts so he knows I am thinking about him. He doesn't really send cards, but he does have flowers sent to me at work.

I do, when I am with someone. At the moment, I only have a play partner. So no...no, I do not do those things.

We do every now and then. It's more about small stuff that we know means a lot to the other person. But every now and then I'll go to leave and find a small flower in my car. I'll leave him little notes every now and then that he finds and then rehides so that he finds them again.

I will see small things I know he would love and get them for no reason. He will occasionally surprise me with an item - rarely but happens.
