Oh! I could see that being awkward...

My mom walked in on me and my high school boyfriend a couple times. It was definitely awkward. But she was surprisingly cool with it and didn't make a fuss about it.

Yes I have been walked in on but it was more funny than embarrassing. It was my roommate, but if it was an adult it would be pretty creepy
