sex taps my strenght. I think I overtrain when I have sex more than 3 times a week. I'm OLD!!!! I don't recover like I used to.

I get sore after 3 to 4 times a week, even though my sex drive is high. I wish I could go more times than that, but I also like walking sometimes.

Right now I would be happy with 2-3 times per week. Of course I am only home 3 nights a week, so if I was home more, I would want it more. More like once daily.

Once or twice a day, with a rest day once or twice a week is perfect for us. It's what we want and what we do.
The more you have sex, the more you want it and the better you get at endurance. My Man is in his early 50s and can still have sex 3 or 4 times in a 48 hour period. We do have rest days, not scheduled, but when we feel tired or sore. It works out really well for us, as we both have really high sex drives.

I'd say 3-4 times a week. I tend to get sore even with the best foreplay and lubrication. Also, my boyfriend and I enjoy making foreplay the main event.

Oh I could probably do it 1-2 times a day...everyday. But my husband's sex drive isnt as high as mine, so it ends up being more like 2-3 times per week.

About 3 or 4 times a week. For us, anything more would be too consuming and I'd get too sore. Of course, I'm sure he would say constantly.
