I've been having a lot of very rough sex with several different partners right now, and the bruises/marks are starting to build up. All partners are aware that I have sex with other people, but they've definitely noticed the marks from other partners. They seem fine with it, but I'm not sure if I'm being insensitive. Even though everything is noncomittal, I think people secretly like the idea of rough sex being "just between us".

If you're not into rough sex, imagine if your hookup buddy had hickeys from some other person they hooked up with.

B/C it is a hook up buddy it is not someone I am that emotionally attached to, so I wouldn't care. But, that would also cancel out the chance of anything more ever developing, probably.

I don't usually like thinking about people my partner is having sex with if they are so it would bother me a little, even if both of us were screwing around with other people.

As long as everyone's up front about the fact that it's not an exclusive sexual relationship, I think it's fine. If they kno you're having sex with multiple people, then it shouldn't be too overwhelming.

I would not be bothered.

The only time I would be bothered would be if we had pre-arranged for him/her not to be marked so I could mark them.
