I do like simultaneous internal and external stimulation. For internal stimulation I prefer pulse patterns when it comes to vibration, or actual movement like waving, rotation, or thrusting.
Steady vibration for the G-spot usually do nothing for me.

Yes, I do like it sometimes, but I actually find it overwhelming if it's a lot of thrusting or too much activity going on. Subtle is the key for me, really. I don't always, or hardly ever do both at once unless I'm using Vitality, which is kind of subtle, but I do enjoy both g-spot and clitoral stim simultaneously sometimes.
