For me the tell tale sign was that something felt different but in a massively good way. Trying to come up with words to actually describe it is a little hard but I'll try, I felt the pressure turn to a tingling fullness then a toe curling sensation kinda went throughout my body. The type of sensation I felt was very different than the sensations caused by clitoral stimulation.
