i know a handful of bi people, but nobody who totally identifies as gay, at least openly.

I think the only straight people I know are relatives. Everyone else is some value of queer.

I live in a small town way up north, I know of other gay people but don't know them. I don't really bother with seeking out people based on who they sleep with.

Well, I like to think of myself as heterosexual with homosexual tendencies sometimes, (irrelevant, I know), but I have about 2 or 3 gay friends, and I know about 8 or 9 queer folk off the top of my head. There are more, I just can't think of their faces for the time being.

I hang out a lot in my college's lgbtPRIDE group, and the sex-positive women's center. So I know queer of all spectrum. :]
