I never made a New Years resolution. I have been trying to eat better lately, and have lost a couple of pounds, but that's just me trying to get back on track after the holidays, not an official resolution.
So far yes, it's really hard for me though. I'm really shy and it's hard for me to talk to new people, so I made a resolution to be more social. I've done well going to a few different events and talking to new people. Hopefully I will keep it up.
