When I was a kid my mother would make many roasts over the holidays. Usually Roast Ham, Turkey, Lamb were the main ones. I've had Duck, but not as a roast, just at a Japanese restaurant. Leg of Lamb roast was always one of my favorites, just the way she cooked it and all the sides that went with it. Good ole home cookin' mmm mmm mmmmm.
The last few years I have had mostly roast Ham and Turkey during the holidays and I'll sometimes make a Beef roast. With so many families now I see around Christmas I have pretty much almost every kind of roast it seems haha.
