I've tried microwaving limes, but the result wasn't that great. When it comes to juicing lemons and limes, you have to squeeze and buy the ones that's softer to your touch. Rinse them in warm water when you're ready to juice them, grab a small chopping board, press it down on the citrus and roll the board over them one at a time. The citrus will become very soft and easy to squeeze.
