Unhappiness is, to me, a valid reason to end a marriage, if you've tried everything you can to change it and you know there is no hope. Sexless marriage? I think that is a personal decision for each couple to make. Some may be perfectly happy that way.
I think the results of this poll are probably quite skewed from the average population, due to this being a sex toy site - presumably, less people here would be happy without sex.
For me? No way could I live without intimacy. If there was a physical or medical reason my love and I couldn't have sex, we would find ways to be intimate anyway, and I would be happy. He and I being together is my happiness, and his - the rest we could always work out so both of us are satisfied in every way. Communication is key.
