Yeah, especially as I've gotten older, lists help keep everything going smoothly. It's so easy to forget things when you don't write them down!

I used to more often than now. I was great at keeping track of things. I've gotten so overwhelmed that maintaining lists is just another hassle to have to deal with at this point.

With lots of things I make lists. Grocery lists, etc. I also keep a lot of lists in my head, mental to-dos and so forth as I go about my day.

Yes I have several lists going at one time. Sometimes a list for the day, other lists for shopping or phone calls to make or things to get done for vacation or such.
