My Man's aunt, for reasons no one knows, evidently shaved off all her eyebrows and now draws them about 2 inches above where the Good Lord intended them to be. She looks permanently surprised!

What would persuade someone to remove their brows and draw them in ON their forehead and look in the mirror and think, "Yeah, I look GOOD!" is a mystery.

I've done both plucked my own and waxed them, and I have to have them neat. Hubby also likes to do his that way as well, and he notices when mine aren't and offers to pluck them for me! LOL

I never ever have done anything to my eyebrows. They are naturally very light and they are pretty without me having to touch them. I wont ever do so either unless its extremely necessary.

On myself and other women in general I prefer well shaped brows. On men, just trimmed if it's needed, otherwise natural.

I notice eyebrows, teeth, and hands...hands are a big thing for me. I can't stand untrimmed finger nails or dirty ones.

I groom my brows every week, just enough to make them shapely because they grow thick. I would love to have my hubs brows, they are so neat and clean and he never grooms them.

I pluck or wax the strays, but for the most part-natural. I don't really shape mine per say.

After I hit 35 I looked up in the mirror on day and decided that I was becoming a bit bushy in the brows. Bought a nice little trimmer and keep them pruned every few months. Will pull a few stray ones too. Nothing wrong with being well groomed even for a man.

I stopped plucking them 6 months ago. I feel I have sparse light eyebrows for my naturally black hair type. So I want to grow them out to a better condition before I shape and trim them.

The latest I have seen is the eyebrow crew cut, where they are super buzzed to just being stubble. What's up with that?

Wacky moustaches stick out more to me than eyebrows unless the eyebrows are really big and fury and crazy looking.

I pluck mine a lot but mostly to remove stray hairs. I have it in my head that the lenses of my glasses magnify the stray hairs and make them more obvious. Yes, I know I'm crazy.

I always look at peoples eyebrows.. and think " i'd like to do something about that" or "It would look so much better if she just did this"

I pluck mine. If I don't, I get some out of control eye weeds. I have thick black hair.

I used to have them waxed. It was so horrid that I actually cried. Finally, it stopped hurting so bad. Thank Jesus!

Are you sure that eyebrow thing was 1000 years ago and not just in 1995?

Mine are huge and bushy (and black) and they try to grow together. I pluck them as much as I can to keep them tame, but it doesn't always work.

I don't wax/pluck.shave them off and draw them on or anything but I ALWAYS make sure mine are shaped with no strays. Not sure why, I just can't stand it when they aren't.

If an eyebrow is too long or too bushy, I prefer it to be plucked.

I like neatly shaped eyebrows. There's nothing worse than a uni-brow or Agro brows (for Aussies)....lol.

My oldest daughter gets her brows threaded. It is an Indian art (from the country India) where the woman takes a thread and very very quickly somehow wraps the thread around each individual hair and pulls it out.

My dd says it's easier than plucking always looks perfect.

I was in the Mall yesterday and saw a woman threading brows. I was going to have it done, but my kids were going, "MAAAA-AAAHHHMMMM MMM!" So, we left.

I've seen the "brow crew cut" that Victoria was talking about. I don't like it at all. Just my opinion. It really isn't my business what people do to themselves. I don't think it looks attractive, though.

Personally I leave mine natural, but the maintenance just bugs me. I tried tweezing and got bored after plucking maybe 5 hairs or so (not to mention it hurt way too much to do one at a time). I've seen how waxing makes my legs look right after, so I don't really wanna do that all the time with my eyebrows. I might try a Nads wand thing, but honestly I think mine are too light to bother with...

If I think about it, I don't like super-thin and/or trimmed eyebrows... they creep me out a bit. But I don't notice someone's eyebrows unless they're super bushy.

I just pluck the strays when I notice them. I look back at some pictures of myself in high school and wonder what the hell I was thinking with my overplucking, but I really thought I was expected to do that as a woman! I have more important things to worry about now.

I notice clothing first. I actually completely ignore faces a lot of the time. Ask me what color eyes my coworkers have, or how they part their hair, and I probably won't be able to tell you. Looking people in the face seems strangely intimate to me and it always makes me nervous. I probably have a bit of the Asberger's or something.

I used to mess around my face during the high school years, and I've ruined my eye brows by over-plugging them. Since then, they won't grow back fully, so I have to get permanent brows done every ten to twelve years to make them look normal.

Neat and shapely, but not too sparse or fake - for myself. But on others...eh, I don't care much. I prefer to not see a uni-brow, though. I don't like noticeably groomed brows on men; natural but not super bushy looks best on men, in my opinion.
Same here. I keep mine neat and shaped, but do not like the over plucked look. I'm not a fan of unibrows either. I don't mind if a man grooms some, but not too much, it can look a bit effeminate imo.

Fuller brows apparently make for a more youthful appearance (just watch one Michelle Phan video on youtube - I dare you and see if she doesn't warn you if you won't fill in your brows!). I wish I had known well enough to leave 'em alone when younger..some spots are not growing in as much anymore. :\
To answer the question tho: mostly natural shape, keeping it neat and trim.

Lol that was funny. I have a thing about hair, I hate it! I pluck my eyebrows every single day, always have. I also pluck the ahem... down stairs daily! I pluck and sugar when needed, but mostly I started plucking down there for the hair inhibitor I'm using. Plucking was so far the easiest method. I don't care for crazy, out of control eyebrows. My honey's are somehow naturally pretty neat and he doesn't have to do a thing to them. No uni-brow, no out of place hairs, nothing! I don't know how he has it that good. Lol. If he did have the whole caterpillar thing going on, I'd have to get out my sugar and tweezers! Lol

I pluck the monobrow parts and leave it pretty much natural.

I notice peoples eyes first, I have a thing for unique eye color and shape.
