I want to know if there are women out there who sleep in their bras? or is it just something they show on tv and in movies?

I don't because
1) It wears out your bras faster
2) it gets them dirtier so you have to wash them more often
3) It's uncomfortable
4) My mum told me once it caused breast cancer

I don't like to cause it's uncomfortable. I wear sports bras to bed sometimes though

Never happens, if I do wear one to bed, it usually comes off pretty fast

nope. I think it's a myth that wearing a bra to bed prevents saggy boobies as we grow older.

Sometimes I do. When I have pms, I find it helps with breast tenderness.

I have never heard about a link between bras and breast cancer. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I barely wear bras to begin with even less to sleep. (Been wearing them more often during the day though). Wearing bras to me has always been a little annoying/uncomfortable .

No I don't wear one to sleep in, it's just not comfortable. I do have some soft crop top bras that are fine to wear to bed tho, there's no wires or clips.

I always wonder about the truth of the 4th one. I've heard it too- also that it makes your breasts sag faster. I wonder if there are studies about it?
