Ever deleted your EF account and started over?

Just curious. Have any of you ever deleted your account and started over here? I'm asking because I want to know what happens. There is no way to delete your activity on EF is there? I'm in a situation here... I wondered if deleting your account and starting over would erase your activity such as forum posts, while still keeping your reviews and stuff when you start over? But I actually don't think there is any way to get rid of any activity you've made on here, is there? No I know why some people aren't so revealing about who they are! So can any of you help me? Does changing your screen name do any good? I mean, if I changed my screen name, would my old activity show up under this screenname I'm on, or would all of my activity be under my new screen name?

I know some of you have changed your screen names, so maybe someone could help me out? I get a little too revealing about myself and I think I've gone too far now. Kinda scared here.

Aw I'm sorry! Try not to worry too much though. You are who you are, which is a wonderful woman! Do you think someone has found you out?

I'm almost positive that when you change your screen name that everything else changes as well. For instance, if you changed yours to something else I'm pretty sure this particular forum post would display whatever you change it to. It all has to lead back to your profile so I imagine it wouldn't stay as your old one.

Sorry....never have. Besides, it really would take a lot for someone to figure out who anyone is from their avatar and blogs. Of course, we all are trusting EF with our real identities, which is a LOT of trust for what people post here.

i would ask the admins to remove what ever the post was, i think if you delete your account you lose everything... and if you just change your name it is all still linked...

If you're in a real bind, and that upset about it, the admins WILL help you. When I first joined, I made the mistake of asking for opinions on a very personal matter of mine and started getting comments that I didn't very much appreciate and they were kind enough to take the thread down for me.

Changing your screen name will change all activity associated such as reviews and forum posts. However, any comments or responses may still contain Kendra since that's what many people know you as. Also, your personal page URL will still have "kendra30752" at the end, regardless of what your new screen name is. This is because all links are associated through that URL and any change would break all links.

If you change your screen name it will still keep your URL as the old one but all your posts will change to the new screen name. I am not sure what is going on and why you would need to change everything but I would also be careful with all the face photos you post in your reviews and the links you share to your youtube or blog.
