Other than fermented, which I've always liked, I am only recently finding ways that I enjoy eating it. I really like the dried savoy cabbage I bought. I tried a little straight out of the bag & it's surprisingly good that way! But, usually I throw the dried cabbage into other dishes such as stews or soups & it's good in stir fries. I never cared for cabbage rolls or other common dishes, but who know what other ways I may come to like it?
