As crazy as this sounds I can't help but ask--- does anyone else seem to encounter a bad month every year consistently? August is our "bad" month and has been for about 10 years now. Yes little things happen all year round to everyone, but I'm talking about major things. Like being caught in the eye of a hurricane (literally), losing a family member, having the house hit by lightning, losing jobs (both at the same time), getting some sort of illness and/or landing in the hospital, etc etc... Those are all examples of things that have happened to us in the month of August, EVERY year, and this year was no different. Does anybody else have to deal with a yearly "bad month" like that?

Our rough month is november. We always seem to struggle the most financially during that month. hubby has lost 2 jobs in two different years in nov.

Yes, the month of my birthday is always bad for me. I berate myself all month long for the things that I haven't accomplished yet.

I don't know that it's necessarily any month in particular, or maybe I just haven't really paid attention in the past but I do notice patterns where things seem to be a little more difficult than normal or that we are having communication issues. It all gets sorted in the end, so that may also have something to do with me not really paying attention to which month is worse than others.
