Now, I have had fish in beer batter and I actually loved it. I like fish sticks you get in the freezer section, but that would likely be because it's not real fish! Ha Ha. I can handle some fish though, especially if it's mixed and put in a casserole or something.

I looooooove fish, so much.
My grocery store actually has this "salmon roast" available at the seafood counter right now. It's a salmon roulade filled with a crab stuffing. I tried it recently and it's so good. Unfortunately, I'm the only one in my family that would eat it and I fear that I would get sick of it, trying to eat that whole thing by myself.

One of our favorites, we had swai last night, grilled, and will probably have salmon tonight. But, nothing compares to a medium rare steak.
