I use Redken Super Soft whatever it is Shampoo. I have to use a ton of it to really lather up my hair. It's long and the older I get it seems like it's getting more body. I'm 33, but I have a ton of grey. I color my roots. I use that "It's a 10" stuff. I actually use the mask as a conditioner and then use the spray in conditioner afterwards. It's amazing for my hair. It's expensive as hell, but it's worth it to me.

I have to use it or I would NEVER be able to brush my hair! It would be so ratty!

I run out of conditioner about twice as fast as I run out of shampoo. Curly hair does that.

I use conditioner separately or I do a conditioner only wash depending on how my hair feels.

I use a looot of conditionner. With tailbone lenght hair, it's a necessity.

I use it when I shampoo and on those days when I shower but don't wash my hair I still use conditioner because if I don't it becomes a tangled mess.

i have a love hate relationship with conditioner if i use it my hair gets oilly but if i dont i cant get the knots outta my hair
