When I was a kid I didn't mind over medium with a little warm yolk oozing out. These days however I only enjoy my eggs over hard (fried on both sides, yolk cooked and not a liquid). Or I enjoy really fluffy and moist scrambled eggs.

Fried over easy with runny yolk sprinkled with salt&pepper served with wheat toast. An omelet with bacon, onion and cheese inside is great too!
