OK. I'm weird.
I am allergic to dairy products. So, I have my pizzas without any cheese if from a pizza place or with soy cheese if we make it at home.
My favorite toppings are:
Roasted Zucchini (raw zucchini is too wet and ruins the pizza, it has to be roasted, grilled or at least pan cooked first.)
Once in a while pepperoni and once in a great while meatball. I live in Chicago, so you can get good toppings on a pizza. Chicago pizza is the BEST in the world. However, I will not speak to people who put shrimp on pizza. It's an abomination!
Ham and pineapple? I'm from Chicago, don't piss me off.
We take our pizza and our beef sang-whitches very seriously. It ain't a beef sang-whitch
if it ain't wet. (meaning dipped in the "gravy.") All youse who eat dry beef sang-whitches (or as they so incorrectly call them "sandwiches" or worse, "Grinders") are just.... wrong.
(All of this is tongue in cheek, y'all.)
