Who the hell puts fruit and mint together like that? BLECH! Ever read the nutrition facts?

I'm really thinking McDonalds is pushing the envelope now to see what people will eat. So far, KFC has the record for the "Double Down" (aka Double bypass).

I just had my first one a few weeks ago, it was pretty good. A local coffee shop makes something called a Dirty Leprechaun that's kind of the same with oreos in it that I like better, so I prefer to waste my calories on that.

I usually have them leave the cherry off. I don't like the fruit and mint together either.

I can't see the site you linked, but the McDonald's website lists a small (12 oz) shake as 530 calories and 15g of fat. That seems pretty comparable to the nutrition info for the same volume of many ice creams. It just doesn't look that way without some math, because most ice cream base their nutrition info on a 4 oz serving size.

It's not a great thing to have all the time, but there are much worse things out there for an occasional treat.

I love them. Actually if they were available all year, I doubt I'd get my usual two a year, but since they are available for such a limited time, I always treat myself twice.
