How old is too old for a woman to have long hair?

It doesn't matter to me. Whatever makes you happy.

I think whether or not you're comfortable with the length is more important.

Hey, if it suits you grow it long no matter what your age.
I heard the reason a lot of older ladies opt for a shorter length is to hide thinning hair.
I get mine cut every four years or so and hate it for a while until it starts growing back. But it's worth it since I donate the cut off portion to Locks Of Love. ^_^

Wow I cant believe how many people have commented! I have done the locks of love thing before. The guy who cut it said my hair was so thick they could make 2 or 3 wigs from my hair. I'm going in today and just getting a trim to keep the ends looking healthy. No major change!
